Food waste is a widely discussed issue, and Too Good To Go decided to deal with it in a manner that benefits everyone – the environment, people, & restaurants. Too Good To Go is an online app-based platform, that allows restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and stores to sell their excess food, they did not manage to sell through the day, with a massively reduced price, instead of throwing it away. The company launched in Denmark – November 2015, and have since the launch expanded to six different countries, including the UK, France, Australia, Norway, Germany, and Switzerland.
