Alexandra Ravn Birger Christensen has driven the service culture at luxury brands such as Hermès, Birger Christensen, and brands within the L’Oréal Luxury Product Division. Passionate about bringing out brands full potential, good service, and storytelling. Has a Master in Marketing and Communication Management and a CEMS degree. Has lived 6,5 years abroad – 4 of which in Singapore where she gained extensive experience from the Asian market as a Consultant while driving Service Excellence and Branding projects. Is the Director of ARBC Service Excellence providing interactive workshops in providing better service leading to optimizing the customer experience.
